Transfers How to Get to Lodge Myoko

With convenient train connections from Tokyo and Nagano, and just a short ride from Myoko-Kogen Station, your alpine adventure begins the moment you start your journey. STEP 1
Tokyo → Joetsu-Myoko Station
- Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo Station (or Ueno Station) to Joetsu-Myoko Station.
- Travel time: about 1 hour 45 minutes (fastest service).
STEP 2
Joetsu-Myoko → Myoko-Kogen Station
- From Joetsu-Myoko, transfer to the Echigo Tokimeki Railway (Myoko Haneuma Line) bound for Myoko-Kogen Station.
- Travel time: about 35 minutes.
STEP 3
Myoko-Kogen → Lodge Myoko
- You can arrange a private transfer from the train station to Lodge Myoko upon request when making your booking and one of our helpful staff will be waiting for you at the station for ¥5000 per trip
- Alternatively from Myoko-Kogen Station, you can take a local bus or taxi to Ikenotaira Onsen ski area.
- Bus: about 15–20 minutes (runs more frequently in winter).
- Taxi: about 10–15 minutes.
